Nidri Hill Site

We succeeded in purchasing 14,000 m² of building land on a beautiful hill only a few kilometres from the village of Nidri. We purchased this land because the Nidri area is a popular location for building exclusive homes, even though the village of Nidri itself is rather touristic. In the summer, the bay is alive with ferries, motor boats and sailing vessels. However, the hillside location is secluded and peaceful.

The road leading to the land for sale is quiet and passes through beautiful olives groves as well as lemon and orange orchards. The location affords spectacular views of the bay of Nidri. Situated in and around the bay are the islands of Sparti, Skorpidi, Madouri, Skorpios (the private island of the Onassis family) and Meganisi. The rocks on the edge of the sea are flat enough for building a private platform. This is not formally allowed, but the owners of the nearby houses did so without a problem.
